[WANTED] PHP Form with validation sent to admin panel & email address

Hi

I'm willing to pay someone (with a good php/mysql portfolio behind them) anything from $60 onwards to create me the following:

A php form with image validation that when submited the results are sent to my very own email admin panel online, i can then read the message here and click the senders name and open it up to reply to them (probably just using the mailto function).

I'd also like the email from the contact form to be sent to my email address too, a message outlining i have an email waiting to be read at the admin panel.

I'd like also for it to show read and unread messages and a delete function.
