Garrett, the heading images could be text. The background images for the modules (client testimonial etc) headings are ok, but you could use text as the overlay and recycle the heading backgrounds. The images at the bottom for login etc could be text as well.

There is a technique to create shadows in css:

.shadow {
color: fff;
text-shadow: #000 1em 1em 1em;
}

The useage of images for text should only be utilised when you are using a decorative text that visitors may not have installed.

Robbie[Pixabit], sorry you are so offended by my review. It was simply my opinion. I review sites quite critically, some get really great reviews, sadly this one didn't. I can back every single comment of mine up with articles/reviews/research etc, but choose not to do so unless direct help is required. Garrett does not require direct help other than learning how to better optimise his site.
