Even if the words are out of order you still have some pretty good keywords in the domain.
Do a Google Search for: Talk Freelance
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=talk+freelance
Then a Google Search for: Freelance Talk
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=freelance+talk
Yes, they are a little different. However, even in the second query with the words rearranged you still have talkfreelance.com popping up. (Hell, it even beats the domain that you were querying for!) Even if the words are out of place, they are still adding points to your little SEO score in the Google PageRank system.
It's probably ideal (for users) to have it in propper grammer, but most users find things through search engines anyways and probably won't even care...
