Opening Tutorial site, need helpers

Well, I am hoping to open a Tutorial website soon (I have the domain, PM me for it), and I need people willing to put some money in, submit some tuts, and put time towards SEO and link building for it. Hopefully we will get money back in the future from advertising.

Basically I want to have a team of 4 or 5 (including myself)...
1 or 2 Tutorial writers
1 Backend Management
1 Full site admin
