Need some help or tips for doing rounded image corners in Photoshop...

Hey all,

I've been looking and looking for tutorials on "How To" do a certain style of rounded corners in Photoshop 6.0. I've found a handful of tutorials out there, for the basic(s) on mainly everything BUT, what I'm in need help of...

I'm trying to figure out how to make rounded corners / outter borders like what was done on this image:



I basically "know how" to do rounded corners now, just not how it was done in the image above there. I only have Photoshop 6.0 because it's really the only version I can run on my computer. I'm still on a PC from 2000 with 320mb of ram... I'm lucky to be even running 6.0 LOL!..

Can someone please maybe share some tutorials on how to do the above border / cornering specifically? Or maybe just throw out some quick steps on "how-to" do that? I'm a quick learner, and usually can do it on my own, just need a little help with this specific detailing. Thanks.

I found the following links a little helpful so far, just not sure how to make them like in the image above... the Pen Tool for the borders perhaps? Or does someone have an easier way?
