  Old  Code/Slicing Help

I am trying to learn to code better using an old design as my template.

http://www.thecore.cjb.net

Why does this look fine on Mozilla and completely different and wrong on Internet Explorer?

Is it my coding???

Yes, it is your coding, there as certain key differences in the way the two different browsers 'read' your webpage.

A few minutes of googling your problem should solve it.
