Seeking talented, yet reliable designer; budget not an issue.

Long story short, there's a site of mine that I would like to launch, but I'd like to give it a redesign prior to doing so. I had hired a great designer, but they're unreliable and I'm tired of waiting.

So with that said, if you're an all around fantastic designer (which would obviously include being reliable or your skills are pretty much worthless), please do get in touch. If you're not the person I'm looking for, but know of someone who may be, please let me know as well.

Note: If you are unable to show some examples of your work, whether via a portfolio or otherwise, I'm not interested in hiring you.

Note: Many people have asked me about an instant messenger. I do have MSN, however my list is quite bloated as it is, so I'm trying to keep it strictly between real life friends/colleagues, clients and people I actually hire. Should I choose to hire you for your services or I'm very intrigued by your work and would like to talk further, we can certainly communicate via MSN. But until then, I would prefer to keep communication to PM and/or this thread.
