PHP / HTML / CSS / ... Coder required

Hi,

I'm currently in planning stages for a project and need to give the client an estimate quote.
I'm in need for a coder who can code a design into html/css/php or whatever is needed.
The site needs these special features besides regular coding:
- Guestbook (add msg/ delete msg/...)
- Music player ( add sounds/edit/delete via "backend")
- Agenda (add/... via "backend")
- Gallery (add/... via "backend")


You can use ready made script for this,
but the site owner should be able to controll (add/delete/edit) everything via Cpanel.. maybe custom.. maybe for joomla or what are all those CMS things...
