  Old  Real Estate Backend

Your Design, My Backend

I've built a backend system for listing real estate on a single agent's website.
http://www.ebigman.com/REScript/index.php

I am looking to partner with designers who wish to take on real estate clients and who need a supported real estate backend.

http://www.ebigman.com/REScript/index.php was built as a bear-bones system that can be integrated with any design. It is coded in PHP, MySQL, and a bit of Javascript.

Features:

Admin Area:
-Secure Admin Login
-'About' page with image upload editable through forms
-Add a new listing
-Edit a listing
-Delete a listing
-Image upload with automatic thumbing
-Agent note area for each listing (not seen to public)
-Feature button (adds featured home/s to front page)

Public Area:
-Search on different variables
-Featured listings on front page
-Clickable thumbs for larger image
-Dynamic mortgage calculator
-Contact form

All the basic functionality (no bloat) to put together a real estate agent's website! I fully support the script/s and can customize accordingly.

The license for each single use of this script and support will only be sold to designers and for the time being, only to designers at Talkfreelance.com.

Any questions or comments please post them here, PM, or email me.

This is very impressive--will it be locally only or nation wide?

It is built for a single agent, as opposed to a multiple agent brokerage, and I don't think location is relevant to the script.
