I have one forum www.cfanatic.com and Also is looking to sell off www.gobaldevelopers.net which is a 3 year old domain and was registered for 10 years at the time of buying. Let me know if you are interested.

It's basically where people who need work done would make a post and freelancers would give them a quote and their portfolios etc. So just putting people who need work done in touch with a group of freelancers from which they can choose. The designs coding is almost finished with just the navigation to go.

I was starting Host-Friend.com as a hosting company but it can also be a good forum to talk about hosting companies.

the least I would accept is $9.29 to pay for the newly registered domain, that was registered on October 20th I believe it was.

saulie - it would be hard to compete with the forums that do that now. TFL ,DP etc. i dont have the cash to do that right now for that type of project. thanks tho

Okay, no problem. I'm trying to sell it because I can't take it any further than just a coded template myself and don't have the money either. I'll let you know if I get anything else that might take your fancy. =)
