Yes but it's 11.95 a month

do you own your own servers? or are you using reseller account?

We are currently using reseller account because the clients requests no big resources which is 5.95 a month

how much time do you spend on support?

Atleast 1 hour per day only to check if there are support tickets or not, Livesupport does the job for the hosting company
