Like Jeff said, HumorSoftware would do the job. $50 extra to get it integrated into the script. Of course you would have to buy the script.

If you intergrate it into the script, I don't believe the script has a "top videos", or a ratings script.
Would you be able to add this for the $50.00 extra?

Also another script that could work would be phpArcadeScript. It has the option to have videos as well. It has top videos and ratings.
