I quite like it, if the navigation was a tad more exciting and fitting, and the content was styled a little better and had a two column format, you'd be ont a winner for sure

news bar looks out of place, nav shadow thing looks really cheap, content area is a bit plain...
good start, add some sexy details and it'll be muc better

format the centre text, it's too wide, perhaps a 2 colum layout for the centre text.
Or some graphics or latest works.

I like the 2nd one alot more, it's very nice but theres nothing about it that makes you say wow. It's a good template, but not much going on :P
