Theres really some sad people, why not just tell you they're gonna waste your time?

Anyone who has a blog post like http://www.notanotherportfolio.com/2...o-little-time/ is a dodgey person to employ. I think that's another can't say no case.

People should start outsourcing if they can't say no, an extra 5/10$ and project management skills earnt.
