  Old  Looking for experienced xHTML/CSS + WP Coder

I'm willing to trade a design or some graphic work for someone to show me how to do the following...
explain coding issues (column alignment [floats, clears etc] and small margins in IE)
xhtml --> wp integration
I'll make a design or something to compensate for this. Please contact me asap to get the transaction underway!
