I see no reason to remove it from listing, it's a good domain.

Well I'm just being paranoid, I don't know if there are any legality issues associated with sites relating to games. If there aren't the bidding will resume. I'm just doing some research to keep myself safe. They haven't contacted me or told me to take it down or anything, this is my own paranoia.

Well, I couldn't really see any developer having the heart to sue somebody over a domain name. I think the furthest they would go is to force you to retire ownership to them.

Fair enough then, I'll put it back up. Sorry about the worry I may have caused Conrad. I am just new to all of this and didn't want any legal issues. Things have been cleared up and we're good to go.

it does happen, but for the most part if your promoting game and they dont have a need for the domain they will stay away from you ..
