Selling A Few Sites

I've decided that i really don't have any time for content based workload sites, as i'm sure some of you have realised. I'm sticking to more profitable sites that require less time, and so it's time to get rid of these :0

Websites

BlogAce Blog Host
The site runs on Wordpress MU, and is fully configured and ready to work. There are 50 or so blogs, although i'm sure none of them are active. The site was designed by Chris Rowe (CPR - at a considerable cost), and is fully coded with an XHTML version included. It is also integrated with bb-press forum that works off the same user database, and has been styled like the rest of the site.

The site has never been monetized so assume no revenue.

Again, designed by Chris Rowe and fully coded for the latest version of PHPLD. You will receive all the coded files, domain, design and PSD's. The PHPLD license can also be included if you would like.

VertHost Free Web Host
This is another site that is designed by Chris Rowe, and is fully coded and integrated with ipanel. The site runs on a dedicated server from SenseHost, and currently only hosts 20 or so accounts. The iPanel license is not included in the sale.

As with the other two, the site has never really been promoted and as such, assume little revenue or traffic.

Very weird that Upload3.net (and your other websites, ET etc) decides to connect me to the website during the day, then if I try at night it doesn't work? Know why this is?
