I've seen this site/design multiple times over the last year, and I love it ... but I still haven't worked out the point of the site.

The sites purpose is for blog owners to register so their feed can be displayed on seotype.com. Their posts can be rated and viewed by many, rather than just the people that visit the blog. It also helps for traffic and seo.
