Web hosting is people lives most of the time, I wouldn't host with google anyway I don't have that much trust. I can see them doing web hosting and when they do people are not going to like google.

google.com is a well established search engine which i use maybe 50 times aday. If they started doing hosting then i wouldnt like them, as there are many established business out there without the kind of foothold on advertising that google obviously has. What would they do?? even for 1 day if they advertised on xx million sites, they could prob make about 2 million+ in that day alone.

Its the same as microsoft modifying linux and distributing it in all packages, advertising in the right places and selling **** loads under there name..

People would loose the true insight and drive into what makes a small business into a successful business. They would be monopolising the market and i do believe there are some laws against this somewhere/
