I don't know. I quite new to selling my site, and my last one sold for $200 so I'm really not sure. Any offers are welcome. I'll edit my post aswell.

And the layout isn't completely unique, it's a completely modified layout, including the style.css. I was flamed at digital point for saying it's a unique layout.
