There are a lot of web hosting companies under $20 per . I would recommend you have a look at www.hostww.net - they are doing really good quality for low prices.
Thank you The plans aren't aimed at you or those who are looking for more bang for their buck but towards people who actually want to take the time to care about the well being of their website.
I'm sure you'll find a good overselling host if you searched Google.com for cheap or 'reliable' hosting.

I've read the post above yours at least 10 times, but no where in there did I see him say that they were too expensive. Don't automatically assume one thing because someone said something else. Not liking them doesn't mean they are too expensive.
If other people haven't noticed, JamieB (earnershost owner) edited this post to say that "EarnersHost is awesome". Whilst the original "Earnshost sucks" isn't the best comment, you SHOULD NOT edit his post to give your customers a false sense of satisfied customers or community support.

You can however just delete a comment.
Do you have proof of that? I would really like to see that.
Don't be pressured by people on here into going with the smaller hosting 'companies' ran by 1 or 2 individuals. I've nothing against them, i'd rather go with an established host who can handle expansion and offer 24/7 support.
