Oh you're right! It's NEVER EVER anyone else's fault except the next persons! Demonstrating even more poor ethics. Let's trade our client's private information! I'll raise you 3 .AI/.PSD for 2 people's cell phone numbers!

Personal business information may not be under an NDA so its legal, but it is without a doubt unethical, I would never do business wiht someone who gives it out.

There you go everyone, take a list of who will sell out your personal information when their friends ask you to! Unethical doesn't describe how wrong that is.

Your taking this way to far, its not like he is posting it in General Discussion, he is doing it privately. A simple WHOIS search can reveal your personal information, so what is the big deal?

Especially what Village Idiot said is true, and guess what. As a web hosting provider, the only person or people I will give up client details is to the government.

Sure, it's unethical to give personal information, but isn't is also unethical to stop paying your host so your clients get screwed in the ass by losing large amounts of money, etc.? He ran away from his problems because he didn't want to deal with him, and then in return, other people get screwed. I'm way over unethical, to be honest.

I know it's not an excuse, I'm just justifying my actions.

Andrew, You're right! Because someone else did something wrong, you get a free 'do something wrong' too right? That's probably the most immature arguement I've heard in ages.

Bennett: I didn't say I can get away with it with nothing happening, I'm just saying that because he wants to run away from his problems and leave us out to rot, I feel the need to contact him and get it sorted.

That doesn't mean exchanging personal information that you received in a business client relationship isn't extremely unethical. You're trying to justify that and you're not going to be able to.
