Old  Normal or High CPU tempeature?

Just bought my new small RIG because I was under budget but I guess my new computer is getting high CPU temperatures.

Check the screenshot below and let me know if the temperatures are normal or high.

Download SpeedFan (Google it), and then download it and it will tell you whether the temperature is high, good, or low. It's a nice program, you can do a lot with it.

From the screenshot the processor/mobo temps seem fine.
