Need a client login script

Ive been searching for a good one for awhile now and I cant seem to find one.

Basically what I need is somthing where I can provide my clients with a username and password. They can login using the link I provide them with and all I need it to show is updates on there projects I am doing for them. Just screen shots and text basically. Which I could update manually for each client.
