Any personal information collected by xHTML Services will remain confidential. Your art work, name, email address, and other information will not be given, sold, or traded for any reason other than a court order. All art work and personally identifiable information will be safe guarded and will not be given, sent, or transmitted to anyone outside of those working on your project. Those assigned to your project will only receive required information, such as art work and coding specifications, to complete the job.

xHTML Services reserves the right to post all of our work, the coded results and name or domain of the design, in our portfolio for reference unless both parties come to an agreement prior to transaction. However, you retain full ownership and copyright of your art work. xHTML Services will never claim to have created or assisted in the creation of any art work or coding that we did not have a part in.

100% of the payment must be processed via PayPal prior to the start of the project. There will be no refunds. Any issues or errors in the code or output must be reported within 48 hours of the completion of the project, otherwise there will be a $10 charge for corrections. Please note that we will not fix errors caused by you or any third party and we will not assist you with integration into third party applications.
