  Old  [Selling] Clan Template (any price considered)

Hey guys, I'm in need of some money so I'm selling a template I bought a while ago but never used. I am positive I will be at a loss, but I need the money.

You are buying:
The full resale rights. I will not keep my copy of the template and it will not be sold again.
The Photoshop document (PSD) and the fonts used will be included (the fonts are provided free and are only included for ease, I am not selling the fonts).
The basic HTML template will also be included (for a small charge I can build this up to the full site).

Start bidding. All offers will be considered.
