It's still not working. This is my message...
Just wondered what you would be willing to let it go for? I'm a bit concerned about the history on the domain with all the virus issues etc, so I'd probably just be using the set-up/design on a new domain.
Does it have a custom built CMS (could you share a screenshot if it does) for the tips section? Or is it just manually updated in dreamweaver or something?

$1,750 is the best offer i've had, so that's the price i'm after now.
The virus thing is sorted, Google have been contacted regarding it and the site is not blacklisted or anything like that. By all means use a new domain, the domain/traffic does not reflect the price.
The CMS is wordpress with a few little bits here and there. The results page is done manually on a HTML page. The 'instant tips' feature is custom built and automated via e-mail.

Ah, no problem. I didn't realise it was an auction, I assumed the price listed on the front-page was fixed.
