I already made a topic about this earlier. Doesn't matter if he's a scammer or not he made a very bad decision to take our money back that he doesn't deserve.

I'd like to ask a question. I myself is a victim of this chargeback crap. But can anyone like send or recieve money? Because I can't?

not everyone has the exact amount that was charged back imac, some of us keep more money than that. If theres an open dispute you can't send money.

For all of you that say he's told you different stories than the one Andrew has posted then please enlighten us. Until I see prove of these other stories I can only only draw one conconclusion.

what type of account are you on, cause when i had 3 disputes against others (when my paypal got hacked). i couldnt send money, but i did received
