[asp.net] Md5 Question

right this is really simple. i know it is. i just cant see whats wrong

im trying to create an md5 hash from a variable

ive googled and everyone seems to point to a class called

every time i call this class i get told

PHP is so much easier then asp.net

argh whats wrong with doing

dim md5 as string = server.md5("blah")

Lord Kalthorn will know.....he is the asp god apparently, wait for him to pop in

ah this could be deleted/locked or what ever now ive sussed it thanks

i googled some more and found something else and it works a treat.
