You should ban business complaint (anyone seen [insert name here]?) topics in general discussion, it is really annoying. As is "[insert name here] scammed me" topics, they need to just put it on their iTrader.

They shouldn't be allowed unless there is evidence but if there is evidence they are useful threads.

Andrew, most often it is posted not to seek advice, simply to warn others about the scammer. iTrader fits this bill, not an entire thread to run someone down.
