Magento integration required (community edition)

Hello everyone,

We're looking for someone to integrate our design with Magento (community edition):

(if it's easier for you we can send it as a static design rather than Wordpress theme)

We're looking for a quality integration from someone/ a company with a lot of experience with Magento (must have experience).

We would like the basic functionality such as the top right item total, login/register/my account/view cart links and search bar to be functional in the Magento integration but we do not require any products to be added.

Lastly we'd like the products to appear in the same format (4 columns with title, pricing and order button) as our live site.
