dnforum.com, very bad support!
I purchased a sticky thread on dnforum.com, it was paid for 3 days ago now and was supposed to start on saturday. After the thread was never displayed i PM'd the admin who made me submit a support ticket.
The admin gave me unpolite responses, he gave me no clear direction to submit the support ticket. I dug around the website for several minutes and eventually submit a ticket.
Current situation.....24 hours down the line, no response from the support ticket, no response from the PM to the admin and still no pinned thread. It looks like my $50 i paid upfront to start this campaign on saturday has gone to waste.....for the time being.
Considering i am a platinum paid member, i would expect abit more curtosy and helpfulness from the staff. How hard is it to pin a thread anyway?
I will keep you updated.

That really sucks, I never knew dnForum was that bad! Let us know if/when you do get the sticky up. If you don't, I think you can use this chargeback thing in PayPal, I'm not sure how it's done.

Sounds good, just checked in the "suggestions" forum there and found that it's been taken care of.

Hopefully this will bring in a nice flow of members to the community! Dnforum users have big bucks I am hoping the combination of my free domain competition and the sticky thread will draw some new faces here.

Yeah, that's good that you got it up. I have like 8000 DNF$ over there... I wonder if that's enough for a sticky...
Do a lot of visitors view the stickys? Because I know I NEVER do...

Check the "views" lol. Considering the title says like free domain....im sure it will tempt some people. Only $50 anyway, you have to test out various advertising options to know if they work.
