since there is no user navigation bar on on this forum
every time I need to check the new/latest posts I have to go to main page and then click the link there

it will be good that if there is a link/button to check the new/latest posts from any page of the forum (all most all the Vbulltein forums I have seen has that feature)

well I already bookmarked - http://www.talkfreelance.com/search.php?do=getnew

but this post was to suggest the staff here that it will be good if they can have such a button link on every page (say like on header or footer) anyways decision is upto them...
