  Old  Macbook Air

I was surprised that there wasn't already a thread about this, but if there is my apologies.

Does anyone else think the Macbook Air is completely ridiculous? It's got so many limitations that I just can't see how it's going to be successful - things such as ONE USB port, NO optical drive, and very limited specs. My regular Macbook, which I purchased over a year ago, has better overall specs and features, and just pretty much runs faster.

The only way I can predict that it will be successful is in businesses. Since it seems to be very oriented towards wireless networking, I can see that as a good way for schools or businesses to share printers, hard drives and files. Personally, though, it just seems like too little for too much.

Any thoughts?

Edit: Sorry, just noticed the Macworld thread. I guess this one can just be dedicated to the Air.
