Which is why it's a little more surpising seeing some of the longer members breaking the rules, even though they know damn well what they are! But even so, I don't give special treatment to friends or "big" names. You break the rules, you get punished. In order for TF to claw back it's professional and friendly atmosphere i'm going to be keeping a close eye on particular members and a very strict rule book for the next few weeks.

danm, your getting strict. did you give a personal warning? that would take less time then banning them
and I belive longer members should be given more leeway because they have given more.

I've given enough warnings to last me a lifetime, what more can I possibly do than post a thread, pin it and leave it for 3 days ensuring enough time for everyone to read it. I told people I would be banning them for 3 days if they do not fix their sigs, they haven't and thus they have been punished.
If they violate the rules again they will be banned forever. Yes, this takes alot more time, but hopefully it will give a few people a little kick up the backside.

Good job Robson, just don't be strict to the point to where you drive off members.

The only members who will be driven off are those who fail to adhere to the rules this forum has had since day one and the small handful of newer faces who are causing constant arguments and a negative atmosphere.
I don't own this forum, I don't get paid to do this.....but it looks to me like nothinh is being done and TF is just declining. Hence the need for some strict discipline.

Thank you Robson. It seems as though TF's members have become more immature over the past months that I have been here.
