All working fine for me, your members ISP's may need to flush the cache, which could be causing the problem Gatt. Just a guess.

Sorry to hear about this incident, Mike is absolutely right. You should always have someone watching your server incase this incident does happen. I have not had this happen but it is a good tip none the less.
