I think they are moving their servers. The site was on sale some days back.

So much for the whole "We are about the customer" crap. Looks like I was right all along.
Sorry, I was mistaken on quotes. Please disregard.

Hey man, chill out. I'm sick of your negativity. Seriously. It's old, and doesn't serve any other purpose other then to make you look like a jerk.

After all the rants Jako gave about brius and him being in it for the customer, I have no reason to be polite. He is selling what appears to be a dying ship (from the sale) to some random guy over the internet. Clearly, it was the money after all.

Once again, I have some quotes mixed up. Sorry.

And you know all of this how? Sure it may seem that way, but until any of us hears from Jako, how can you be so sure? It's funny to me that you are the loudest one about all of this. Even Jako's customers of the "dying ship" haven't said nearly as much as you. If you read the Sitepoint auction, there was the highest bid - but it also states that "No winner" has been selected.

Don't be quick to jump to assumptions because others will do the same about you and your personality.

There goes Village Idiot for you.

He does the same to everyone, just because he gets ripped off by his web hosting provider, he wants others to do the same.

I tried to contact Jako, but he hasn't responded yet.

-was revised after ire quoted me-

First off, I have an apology to make, the massive we care about the customer crap was made by nixism, not brius.

Hmm, I am getting ripped off. Your right, I dont need the following features for the money I pay. Neither nixism or brius have these.
1. 24.7 phone line (brius nor nixism have phone support)
2. 24.7 support desk with admins on hand who can come to help you in half an hour. All this even during peak hours.
3. The ability to transfer to a server that fits my exact needs. You dont have enough servers to do that with
4. Your own datacenter to fix a server if something goes wrong. You have to wait for your provider to fix it.

Also, do liquidweb customers make threads asking where the owner or support guys are because its been days since they have been on for days? No.

Brius nor nixism come close to holding a candle to the host I use. If you are going to tell me I am being ripped, you will have to do far better then that on your part.

Village, I thought we were going to be seeing less of you? ... whatever happened to that?

If I want to change servers to the exact specs I want for my development, can I? No, you only have 2 servers. If something goes wrong do you have immediate access to fix the server in your own datacenter? No, you have to wait for your supplier to do it. Brius doesn't come close to holding a candle to the host I use.
