I use http://www.micfo.com (They've got great deals. I think it's 5 dollars for 1,000 megs). I started with http://www.arteryplanet.com (hopefully the right link) though, and had just as good time with them. I think Micfo's support is much better, however. They give lots of little goodies to people.

I have used Parcom since 2001. They have Windows servers. The performance and support are great.

OK..support is great to have but what about less server problems and downtime. I don't hear anyone talking about that. I mean I'm with a host right now and no doubt the support is great but I hate that I have to be contacting them every min cuz of some server problem. I don't want a personal relationship with these ppl but with my host I'm kinda developing that with the amount of time I've gotta contact them for support on some problem on their end.

The way I see it is the less problem the less support but the fact of life remains nothing is perfect which I understand but all great business try to reach perfection. We do it in the design world, why can't it be done in the hosting world.

So show me a host who you think strives for near perfection with great support for those bad moments.

So far for all the links given I find this one to be the best:
http://www.surfspeedy.com
but thats only on the ground of support as u claim and the packages. What about uptime?

I am going to buy hosting with surfspeedy soon (I need $8 more so I can buy it for 3 months). The reason I decide to buy hosting there is their cheap hosting and their support. I am impressed by both the times I had a questions and clicked the live help button there were always very quick to respond and give me answers.

i do some work for www.pristinehost.com, like designing 'n stuff, and im hosted by them and they're quite good!i do some support aswell when its needed, but Sam the owner is good with that! its got alot of uptime, a little downtime today though...but thats rare. some good packages, and not to steep either and you get all the unlimited pop3, mysql, and all the other extras.

but, if you have the money, www.mediatemple.com or www.flashlevel.net? they seem good, i know a friend on (MT) and he likes them alot.

oh, and theres www.web-mania.com which is cheap, and aparently good but from my experiences they are crap. anyone agree with me on that?

It depends on what type of hosting you are looking for. What sites are you planning to host, do you require ASP? Are you looking for reseller, shared, VPS or dedicated hosting? Let me know and I will help you find a good host for your needs.

Well I have seen no rule anywhere of self advertising on this site so I am going to ask you to try our company out on a 30 day trial, We've not had one complaint since running for a whole year. If you are interested send me a pm and I will setup your trial account.

Here is a testimonial from one of our best resellers:

Ive been hosting a large reseller account with Stephen and found
his services excellent. Not only does his team respond fast in support but
genuinely solve any requirements in a hastely manner. Give these guys a go
you wont regret it.
