Both are great for SEO ranking because when someone wants to use either language they would type something like Using AJAX or Using JS or Javascript.

the problem is AJAX may cause a Trademarking problem cause theres a couple AJAX companies that are already at battle for using the name

+ a sports team + construction company

What legal issues could be caused by using the word Ajax. Yes its a company name but the arn't assuming the identity of those companies.

I see it as a similar sitation if a Fan site had contained the name of a Company/Artist or whatever comes to mind.
