Invoicing for freelancers and small companies

Hi guys,

I was recently interested what is the best application supporting invoicing for freelancers and small companies. There are many of them over the web but it might be helpful to share opinion what is the best and why.

Since managing invoices and paperwork might be a pain for creative people (like freelancers) this discussion might be helpful for manu of us.
