Old  BIN - needs a rule

I'm seeing several threads with there being 2 people offering the BIN and then the auction runner asking for higher bids.

Can we get a rule stating BIN must be honored else you will be banned from posting a new thread in the market place or something similar.

Oppinions are welcome too

What is a BIN? (buy instantly number?)

If so, then I agree that sellers offering BIN's should honour the first member stating to pay the BIN.

If i'm not mistaken... I think the BIN acronym is "Buy It Now".

rsek beat me to it.

Hehe, I think we all agree it means Buy it now allthough Julian didnt state he knew what it meant, I didnt at first either
But I do think there should be a rule stating that the first person that offers the BIN Price Should get it. The price should not be raised. Maybe people didnt get that at first but if tf would state it in the Read this before you post topic, The rule would get respected.
Good Idea though

As far as I'm concerned, I don't see a problem in pm'ing the seller with a BIN offer. Some buyers like private sales.

Not sure if thats really what VIZ is talking about here. He is saying that the Seller should accept the first BIN offer and nothing more if others offer BIN after.
