[Needed] implement this design into my php script

Hey guys i run a recipe site http://www.topsecretrecipes.net

As you can see its a turnkey script, but i have added a few mods

Now its time for a new design i have came up with this

I am looking for someone to take my new .psd design and implement it into the site.

I could do this. You need it coded into HTML first right? and then implemented into your CMS? or PHP app? As for a quote...I would say somewhere around $50.00 USD.
