You mean as opposed to being one big JPG file?

It needs to be the indivdual graphic elements to make up the site and it can be easily assembled.

I say, you might have to add couple of dollars for such designs you mentioned, but it's not impossible to get nice design on such budget as well. Good luck!

You guys really should not be commenting on his specifications. The response such as increase it to 125 - who cares, don't enter, you do not have to share it with the world. He put the specifications there for a reason, obviously it will filter people out (myself included).
If you aren't happy with what he is able to give, too bad.
