WTB Template Design/Coding

I'm looking for someone that needs more experience building a portfolio or just someone that can spare some time for not too much money. I'm on an extremely tight budget, knowing that i get what i pay for.. But as stated in other posts. I'm trying to bring back my custom computer building business/hobby.
