[Wanted] PHP Coder for design/CMS integration

Hello,

Im probably buying this design: http://www.wdinsider.com/layout/index.php#

And i will need it to be fit to work with a CMS Script. (that includes registration, users can submit articles, etc.)

Im not sure on what prices will be..

So PM me your prices, and what CMS script you think it will fit well on.
