File/Image Hosting Script

I am looking for free and premium. I would love to have a service that is free but you may also buy a premium membership I am looking for File Hosting and Image Hosting seperate scripts if they can come together that is perfect. I am not looking for a custom script I do not have the money to invest in it BUT if a friend of mine says yes to being a partnership then i'll invest in a custom script. I suck at using those free site searching for the scripts I dont know the right terms or the catergory that the script would reside in.

He probably means the script will have "free" and "premium" users, not that the script is free and premium. Premium users probably pay a fee, etc...
