As a freelancer myself it would be great to have an independent freelancr's community which takes care of the interests of all the freelancers. This must be an authority which must act as a voice for all the freelancers.

This is the second post of yours (2/2) that I just can't grasp what you are trying to say. This is some sort of statement that has already passed through and beyond these forums.

These forums with hold all web standards of any freelancer, but I don't get the rest of your post.
