Old  Post In The Right Section! Its Not Hard!

Lately I've been getting rather annoyed at the amount of posts that can be better suited in a category rather than placing it in the General Discussion. Sometimes, it's even by people who should know better, and even sometimes criticize others for doing it. Take look at the following screenshot.. I've added an arrow to each thread that could be moved elsewhere.

http://www.psdtocode.com/wow.gif [By the way, the myspace thread wasn't supposed to have an arrow next to it, I thought I deleted it]

Is this really necessary? No. If you are posting a thread, and are on the verge of posting it in the General Discussion, FIND A SUITABLE FORUM FOR IT FIRST. You may say "well, if I post it in there, it will get more views". Yes, but views of people who have nothing to say. If you post it in a suitable forum, someone will already know what it is about and can help.

If everyone starts posting in the right forums, there will be more people browsing those as a result.

Few people read anything outside the General forum really. That's why I'm guilty of not putting things in more suitable forums.

I rarely go into the General Discussion. I have been only recently because that's where all the activity is.

Thank you Jeff, at least someone on staff has done it. I would've started when I was on staff but I didn't have access to the General Discussion.

Is this a call for more staff?

I too find it slightly annoying

I think it just needs staff who are more active here.

Hm I see my thread about Brius there. Honestly, I didn't know where else to post that as the only hosting forum I saw was in the marketplace. Care to help me in the right direction here, please?
