Why do we have so many admins and "higher" people? lol. Is it necessary?

Nightspy let me explain why there seems to be alot of admins/mods etc....

Basically.....I am the admin so to speak, the previous owner of this forum is still an admin as well.

The other admins you see floating about are helping me with some Vb stuff (behind the scenes skinning, hacks etc) in order to get this place finished up.

In about a week or so we will probably be one or two admins less Is this good or bad? Well....i think there are risks with alot of staff but at the present time (what with the forum expanding at quite a rapid pace) the amount of staff we have might be needed.

I have a very interesting scope on this issue, and how it reflects on the forums wellbeing.

Before when I was the previous owner of TalkFreelance, I was the one and only admin. Meaning I was the only one able to dedicate time to allowing the community to grow, now with multiple admins and managers (so to speak) we have more collective time being put into getting TalkFreelance even higher in the forum rankings among other boards

Oh yeah, I forgot about all the behind-the-scene stuff. I'm just seeing admins and they don't post so that left me wondering.

Hey guys,

Yeah I'm one of those post-less admins. I do look forward to being an active member of this community, being an experienced freelancer myself. However I have been very busy the past few days working with Rob to get the backend of this site up and running. In a few days I will most likely be demoted to a standard user () and hopefully become an active member

Regards,
Patrick
