i need to know what does a vb coder need other than the two pages i have designed

I would try to get more details, but that's just me. I would try to get all the pages done such as Control Panel, Thread page, etc. Try to be as detailed as possible so you know the coder won't have any problem at all he will know where everything needs to go.

The bare minimum would be just an index page design - Then other pages would use the default buttons, etc.

From thereon, you can design as much of it as you want. Ie, homepage, postbit, forumdisplay, profiles, minor icons, and so on.

Generally designers only create the homepage, postbit and occassionally the forumdisplay page.

hmmm. i choose not to make the admin cp panel as ppl prefer using the default one. will a usercp be needed?

Personally, I charge around $175 for vBulletin coding.

I've heard that they just need a few pages, but I could be wrong.

$175...I've seen alot worse than that. I've seen some ranging in the $700's just for coding and not the design.
